None of us are immune to internal or external sources of tension and stressors. Embarking on an exploratory journey to review the circumstances and experiences of your life can unearth the roots of your distress and afford you with the luxury of increased motivation and energy for daily living. I do not believe that embarking on the process of therapy needs to be an endless historical review that keeps you planted in the past. It is a process that can reward you with a greater awareness and understanding as well as provide you with an improved capacity for stronger relationships with yourself and others in the present.

I believe that every individual is truly their own best resource. My role is to partner with and assist you in removing the blocks to identifying and enhancing your personal skills and resources to ensure your ability to creatively engage in the unique and worthwhile life you are meant to live.
